The RTC Library offers students and staff access to two online journal databases both of which can be accessed through EBSCOHost. The databases include:

  • ATLA Religion database with ATLASerials
  • EBSCO Religion & Philosophy Collection

ATLA Religion Database with ATLASerials*

 

Combining the premier index of journal articles, book reviews and collections of essays in all fields of religion with ATLA’s online collection of major religion and theology journals, this database provides:

  • full text is provided for more than 380,000 electronic articles and book reviews

  • more than 620,000 article citations from more than 1,746 journals (575 currently indexed)

  • more than 250,000 essay citations from over 18,000 multi-author works

  • more than 570,000 book review citations, and a growing number of multimedia citations

This database is produced by the American Theological Library Association.


EBSCO Religion & Philosophy Collection*

This resource is an essential tool for researchers and students of theology and philosophical studies, providing a comprehensive full-text source of content as it pertains to the topics related to and discussed in disciplines of religion and philosophy.

Expansive Coverage and Content

With hundreds of full-text, scholarly journals, this resource provides an in-depth collection of resources covering topics such as world religions, major denominations, biblical studies, religious history, epistemology, political philosophy, philosophy of language, moral philosophy and the history of philosophy. Religion & Philosophy Collection provides coverage of key theological and philosophical resources spanning over 100 years.
