Introduction to Christian Ethics
Introduction to Christian Ethics surveys the major themes of biblical ethics and the underlying ways that contemporary moral issues are addressed from a Christian perspective. The unit is designed to help you better understand the use of the Bible in ethics and to form reasoned perspectives about current issues.
Dr Phillip Scheepers will teach this missions-focused course on the models of, and essential steps in, the church planting process. Also available in classroom mode.

New Testament Greek B
Students who have been introduced to the basics of NT Greek have the opportunity to join Dr Martin Williams on Wednesdays for a deeper exploration of the original language of the NT. Live Online: Wednesdays, 9:00am to 1:30pm.
Pauline Theology and Romans (English and Greek)
Dr Martin Williams will guide this exploration of the themes and ideas behind Paul’s theology and examine the book of Romans and its relationship to his other Epistles: Tuesdays, 10:00am to 1:00pm, and an additional hour for Greek students from 2:40pm to 3:30pm.
Rev John de Hoog will teach this unit that is designed to equip students to understand the themes and theological teaching of the Psalms for personal understanding and in ministry. Live Online: Thursdays, 9:00am to 12:00pm, third hour online for students studying the English text.
The Practice of Preaching
Dr Jack de Vries will head a team that conducts this weekly preaching workshop for preachers. Live Online: Wednesdays, 2:15pm to 4:15pm.

A great subject for pastors, leaders and church members who want to understand the biblical basis for preaching, the basic principles of effective communication, and to be equipped with a sound method for sermon preparation. Dr Murray Capill will teach this unit as an intensive with some online teaching in advance.
Church, Sacraments, and Ministry
This team-taught intensive, featuring special guest presentations from Dr John McClean, Dr Peter Adam, and Dr Karl Deenick, will focus upon the theology of the church, and its ministry and relation to the kingdom of God. A great unit for anyone interested in the relationship of doctrine to the life of the Christian and the corporate church.
